Registration Desk Staff: Welcomes and registers contestants and attendees, providing them with necessary information
Backstage Coordinator - Assists contestants with their outfits, makeup, and hair, ensuring they are ready for their stage appearances
Usher: Guides attendees to their seats and provides assistance as needed.
Security: Ensures the safety of contestants, staff, and attendees.
Hospitality Coordinator: Manages VIP refreshments and food for contestants, judges, and staff.
Volunteer Coordinator: Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers for the event
First Aid/Medical Support: Provides medical assistance if needed.
Wardrobe Assistant: Helps with costume changes, repairs, and ensuring wardrobe is organized.
Rehearsal Assistant: Help with rehearsals and preparing contestants prepare for their performances.
Award Coordinator: Manages the preparation and presentation of awards and prizes
Judge Coordinator: Manages the judges, ensures they have all necessary materials, and handles any queries or concerns.
Contestant Coordinator: Acts as the primary point of contact for contestants, providing information and support.
Performers Coordinator: Manages the performers, ensures they have all necessary equipment, ensure they are in place of performance, and handles any queries or concerns.
Front Of House Coordinator: Manages the stage activities, ensuring smooth transitions and timely appearances
Technical Assistant: Assist with lighting, sound, and any technical aspects of the production.
General Runner: Floating, assisting in all areas
